Marketing & Communications Officer

Do you shop online often? Chances are, the webshop you’re ordering from is one of our clients — and our robots packed your parcel! We provide services for many major Dutch and international brands. QLS is growing rapidly and expanding into several European countries.
As a Marketing & Communications Officer, you’ll help build the QLS brand by setting up ad campaigns, creating content and marketing materials, and optimizing internal and external communications. You’ll have the freedom to implement your creative ideas and make a real impact from day one!

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing & Communications Officer, you’re responsible for communications with both current and potential clients. Thanks to your strong communication skills, our clients stay informed about the latest developments, and new customers will be lining up to work with us. Your own initiative is highly valued, and your responsibilities will include:
• Creating and analyzing engaging social media content in line with the QLS brand;
• Executing and analyzing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Ads;
• Setting up and sending newsletters and other email campaigns;
• Acting as the marketing project manager for internal projects;
• Updating the website with new content and optimizing it for conversion and user experience;
• Creating, adjusting, and ordering (existing and new, online and offline) marketing materials;
• Setting up and analyzing Google Ads campaigns;
• Contributing to the overall marketing strategy of QLS and helping to implement it.

Qualifications:

• You have a completed HBO/WO (Bachelor’s or Master’s) degree in marketing or communication;
• You are analytically strong, with a critical mindset. You’re proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growing company;
• You have excellent communication and social skills, and are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken;
• You are creative with language, know how to write compelling copy, and are detail-oriented when it comes to spelling and punctuation;
• Relevant work experience in marketing and/or communications in a dynamic environment is a plus;
• Experience with design tools is a plus (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma);
• You value strong customer relationships and can back up your arguments with data.
