Our motto is: “Equal opportunities for all”. We strive for a diverse and inclusive employee population, recognizing talent and skills regardless of someone’s background. As a socially inclusive company, we strive to support others in the community. We work together with local organizations and agencies to offer opportunities to people who are at a distance from the labour market.<\/p>\n

Profila Care Group\n<\/h2>

QLS works together with Profila Care Group<\/a><\/span>. With love and courage, Profila Care Group provides care and support to people with psychological problems or an intellectual disability. They assist approximately 1,100 people at residential locations, day care locations, family homes or simply at home.<\/p>\n

By becoming involved with Profila Care Group, we can contribute to an inclusive society in which everyone has equal access to, among other things, the labour market. The collaboration also offers opportunities for social interaction and building valuable relationships.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Men@Work\n<\/h2>

The men from Men@Work are part of Profila Care Group and help QLS with various activities. The Men@Work team consists of men with an intellectual disability or psychological problems who are at a distance from the labour market. They perform various activities for QLS, such as maintaining the QLS site, which has now grown into a site of 10,000 m2. Washing the buses, emptying full containers and folding boxes.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Recognizing sustainability\n<\/h2>

The top performers at Men@Work continuously show that they not only deliver fantastic work, but also recognize sustainability. With their latest project they have made beautiful QLS coat racks from recycled materials. A real eye-catcher in our canteen! Another nice project is the key board they made for QLS. Thanks to the key board, we always have an overview of the keys.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
