What will you do?
As a Shift Leader at QLS, you’ll play a vital role in our day-to-day warehouse operations. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Helping to achieve daily targets for output and quality
• Acting as a go-to person for your team and correcting small errors on the spot
• Ensuring inventory checks are carried out
• Making sure your team follows all company rules, procedures, and safety guidelines—and providing guidance when needed
• Analyzing the causes of issues and helping prevent them in the future
• Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement of operational processes

Who are we looking for?

• MBO (secondary vocational education) level of thinking and working
• Flexible mindset and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Result-driven team player who always puts the customer first
• Preferably in possession of a forklift certificate or willing to obtain one
• Part-time availability (2 to 4 evenings per week or on weekends)
