My name is Amber Slob, and I work as a Customer Service Representative at QLS.
In my role, I handle customer inquiries through our ticket system on a daily basis. With care and dedication, I enjoy thinking along with the customer to find the best possible solution together.
I was born and raised in Rotterdam, but I’ve been living in Alblasserdam for the past 12 years. I live there with my husband, our 11-year-old son, and 9-year-old daughter. Recently, we also welcomed an enthusiastic Labrador puppy into our family.
Every day, I cycle to work, and as I cross the Merwede Bridge, I can already see the massive QLS building in the distance.
I bring the typical Rotterdam mentality of “don’t talk, just get it done” with me, both in my daily life and at work: taking action, pushing forward, and always keeping the customer in focus.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family. We have a museum card, so we travel across the country exploring new places. I also really enjoy good food and drinks with friends.
