My name is Esmay Saly, and I work as a Warehouse Support Specialist. In this role, I handle warehouse-related support tickets and have frequent contact with clients. Together with the client, I look at where processes may be getting stuck so we can identify recurring issues and solve them quickly. I enjoy thinking along and coming up with practical solutions that make everyone’s work easier.
