My name is Cynthia Roefs, and I work in the Customer Support department at QLS Belgium. When I was looking for a new challenge, I found it here right away! Together with my colleagues, we make sure that customers are helped quickly and efficiently. That means you’ll often see me walking around the warehouse — something I absolutely love, because the interaction with everyone here makes the job even more enjoyable.
In my free time, I’m always up for an escape room, a game of bowling or pool, and cozy board game nights. Oh, and as a true Disney fan, you can always wake me up for a magical adventure!
