Hi, I’m Nuri, and I work as the Operational Warehouse Manager at QLS. What motivates me most is working with people and achieving results together. I believe it’s important to create a work environment where colleagues feel comfortable, have the opportunity to grow, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
By creating structure, setting clear expectations, and encouraging open communication, I believe teams can perform at their best. In my role, I am responsible for leading, coaching, and developing teams, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the quality of our operations at QLS.
In my free time, I enjoy heading out on my motorcycle. As a fair-weather rider, I love taking relaxed scenic rides. For me, motorcycling isn’t just about the destination—it’s about the freedom of the journey itself.
