Once the products have been collected by our AutoStore, the packages are carefully packed by one of our packing machines, so that the products arrive at the customer undamaged. We use suitable packaging material and environmentally friendly filling material. Returns are also checked by us and added back to stock, provided they meet your return conditions!

Stocking and storage
Our fulfilment process starts with an accurate receipt and inspection of your products by our team. Each product is carefully inspected and carefully unpacked before being safely stored in our state-of-the-art warehouse, called the AutoStore. Thanks to our user-friendly platform my.qls you have real-time insight into the status of the inbound goods allowing you to manage and plan your stock.

Within my.QLS you can accurately track the progress of each order, so you are always aware of the status of all orders. In our fulfilment center, we strive to not only optimize the speed of order processing, but also to provide a seamless and transparent experience for both sellers and customers.
Dispatch
Each parcel is packaged as small as possible using environmentally friendly fillings and packing material. This allows us to not only minimize our environmental impact but also ensure your customers receive their package undamaged. Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be kept informed by personalized track & trace email.
Regarding fulfilment costs, we strive to provide transparency in our fulfilment rates. Our fulfilment costs include not only the processing, storage and shipping of orders, but also the sustainable packaging materials we use in one unique all-in price. Returns processing

Sustainable fulfilment
At QLS we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our ecological footprint.
