My name is Kay Parmentier, and I work in the Customer Support department at QLS Belgium. For me, it is important that customers receive the care they deserve. I am always ready to help wherever needed, because the customer comes first. People describe me as someone who is always there for others — and that’s true. I genuinely get a lot of satisfaction from helping people.
In my free time, I enjoy heading out into nature with my dog and my fiancée. I love discovering new places where I can completely unwind. On vacation, I enjoy a good cocktail, a nice swimming pool, and a book that helps me gain new knowledge about topics that interest me. Family means a great deal to me — it’s something I truly value.
