My name is Thomas Haile Gebrehiwet, and I work as a Software Developer at QLS Belgium. In my role, I build and improve systems that make our fulfillment processes faster, smarter, and more reliable. I get great satisfaction from solving technical challenges and developing solutions that truly make a difference.
Originally, I come from Ethiopia, and over the years I have learned to combine my culture and way of thinking with living and working in Belgium. That mix helps me stay open-minded, respectful of differences, and always eager to keep learning.
What I value most at QLS Belgium is the team spirit. Everyone supports each other as if we are one family. It’s an environment where you can grow, share ideas, and truly enjoy what you do.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling in and around Mechelen, and closely following football.
