Team Leader - Morning Shift
My name is Tim Vandersteen, and I work as a Team Leader on the morning shift at QLS Belgium. In my role, I make sure the day runs smoothly and that everyone is assigned to the right department or position. I also keep the warehouse organized and actively think along about how we can improve and streamline processes even further. After five years in this role, no two days are the same, which makes my job both challenging and highly varied.
In my free time, I enjoy going for walks with our dog, Jacky, traveling with my girlfriend, and enjoying a good glass of wine.
