Operations Specialist
My name is Bella (Jia) Wei, and I work as an Operations Specialist for the Chinese market at QLS.
I focus on evaluating processes to streamline and improve freight handling, and I implement strategies to ensure the quality of operational procedures from China meets the standards set by the management team. I do this in close collaboration with colleagues across various departments.
QLS is a fast-growing organization with many opportunities to explore new projects and grow professionally.
In my free time, I go to the gym almost every week for power yoga and play squash with friends. For many years, I volunteered as a part-time teacher at a Chinese school in Amsterdam, and I enjoy teaching children. I also love spending quality time with my family and friends.
