At QLS I fulfil the role of Process Manager with great enthusiasm. My journey started as a Warehouse Employee, after which I switched to Customer Service. I eventually rose to my current position. I can proudly say that I do my work every day with full energy!
I love the challenges my role offers. I constantly see new opportunities to improve processes, which makes every day unique and ensures that I am never bored. Collaborating with colleagues from Account Management, Marketing, E-Commerce and Planning is essential, because each of them brings their own expertise.
The atmosphere within our team is fantastic! We like to support each other and are always ready to answer questions or provide help. This creates a strong sense of togetherness and connection. Working with these great people not only feels professional, but also like being part of a close group of friends!
