My name is Nina Rijkers, and I work as a Customer Service Representative at QLS. In this role, I handle customer inquiries through support tickets, including questions about shipment status, damaged, or incorrectly delivered packages. I assist customers with care and attention, helping them find the right solution.

I was born and raised in Dordrecht, where I still live with my 15-year-old son. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, going for walks with my dog, and doing fun activities with my family.
