Ruben van Dorsten

I’m Ruben, and since September 2025 I’ve been part of the Sales team. At QLS, I use my commercial drive and people skills to build long-term client relationships and drive growth.

Before joining QLS, I spent 1.5 years working as an Account Manager in the staffing industry, where I gained experience in aligning customer needs with tailored solutions and matching candidates to the right client profiles. My background in hospitality has given me a strong sense of service, flexibility, and communication – qualities I now apply every day in my commercial role.

In my free time, you’ll definitely find me at the gym, and I love attending football matches of Sparta Rotterdam! And of course, I also enjoy a good drink every now and then 😉
