Commercial Account Manager
My name is Ywana, and I work at QLS as a Commercial Account Manager. In my role, I maintain relationships with existing clients while also focusing on bringing in new ones. I’m in daily contact with clients and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly and that any challenges are resolved quickly.
I was born and raised in Amsterdam but have been living in Dordrecht for the past seven years, together with my two cats. Before joining QLS, I worked as a content marketer, where I further developed my experience in communication and marketing.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, whether it’s having a glass of wine, going out for dinner, grabbing coffee, or doing some shopping. I’m also a hostess at Ajax in the Johan Cruijff ArenA, a role that nicely combines my passion for sports and hospitality.
