Seamless integrations
Easily connect all your sales platforms to my.QLS through our seamless integrations. Thanks to these integrations, we ensure that all orders are placed directly in my.QLS and shipped on time. Of course, we also send information such as the order status and track & trace codes back to the webshop. In addition, You can easily change your preferences and settings via my.QLS, such as the extensive delivery options.

Real-time inventory management
When you use our fulfilment services, you have easy insight into the stock of all products in our storage. This stock is immediately updated when an order is placed and passed on in real time to all sales platforms on which you sell. This way we prevent products from being ordered that are no longer in stock!
In my.QLS you can easily adjust the titles, EAN and SKU codes of your products. We also offer the option of working with virtual bundles and best before registrations.
24/7 insight
Using graphs and figures my.qls offers both visual and statistical insights into your sales activities anytime, anywhere. Compare the number of orders per webshop or view the orders with a return status. You can easily export this data so that you can perform advanced analyzes via Excel or Power BI. This way you have all the data you need to further grow your webshops.
Our ticket system in my.QLS allows you to easily handle problems when something goes wrong. In this ticket system you will also find QLS’s logistics customer service, which can solve logistics problems directly with the end consumer and our shipping partners!
