My name is Jan Blans and I fulfil the role of Manager Data & Analytics at QLS. I joined in August 2026, coming from an e-commerce background, where I held various data and software positions, most notably at Optiply.
At QLS I am responsible for developing and executing the data strategy, supporting the international growth of the company. Together with my team I work on making data a reliable foundation for the choices we make across the organisation.
What drew me to QLS is the pace, the energy and the complexity that a logistics company brings. Things move fast here, and few questions turn out to be as simple as they first appear — adding value in that environment is exactly what makes it interesting.
