My name is Matthijs Schröder Eulderink, and I work as Head of Operations at QLS. What I enjoy most about my role is the combination of a highly automated environment, a team of talented colleagues, and a pace that never slows down. Every day, we ensure that thousands of orders are delivered on time to satisfied customers—and that’s what drives us.
At the same time, that rapid growth is exactly what makes the job challenging. On peak days, everything has to run smoothly, and in a company growing as fast as QLS, bringing structure to the chaos is a continuous challenge. That dynamic environment is exactly what makes my work so rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. I have a passion for wine and enjoy sharing great food with friends. I also like to stay active and work out regularly.
