Logistics Supervisor

QLS, based in Dordrecht & Alblasserdam, is looking for a Logistics Supervisor who can make a real impact in a semi-automated fulfilment operation. You’ll lead a team of dozens of employees and ensure that our logistics processes run efficiently, accurately, and with a strong customer focus.

Job Description

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will manage a team of pickers, packers, and inbound employees. You make sure all warehouse operations run smoothly – from safety and quality to output and motivation. You act quickly, maintain oversight, and know exactly how to get the best out of your team of 35 to 70 employees.

Your key responsibilities:

• Leading daily logistics operations with a focus on safety, quality, and performance;
• Coaching and guiding team members within your shift;
• Preventing mistakes and solving issues in real-time;
• Contributing to personnel development and identifying training needs;
• Spotting improvement opportunities and acting on them immediately.

Requirements

What we’re looking for in a Logistics Supervisor:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a logistics environment, preferably semi-automated;
• MBO Level 4 working and thinking level (or equivalent);
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• A proactive mindset and a strong eye for process optimization.
