I’m Rachella, and I work in the customer service department. My job is to support our clients and ensure they have the best possible experience with our services. I’m here to answer questions, resolve issues, and offer advice. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I strive to make every interaction as helpful as possible.
In my free time, I love going out with my family, but I also enjoy relaxing at home with a good series on the couch. As a true foodie, you’ll often find me at a nice restaurant. I also enjoy being creative—like working on DIY projects around the house.
