What you’ll do?
• Proactively identify and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and your personal network, creating excitement about QLS and our mission;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach and interviews to final hiring decisions;
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs, developing tailored recruitment strategies to attract the right candidates;
• Elevate QLS’s employer brand, leveraging creative approaches and showcasing what makes us an exceptional place to work, ensuring we stand out in a competitive job market.
Who are we looking for?
• You have a completed higher education (HBO) degree (e.g., HRM, Communication, Business Administration);
• You’re a strong communicator, a good listener, and you’re genuinely interested in people;
• You think creatively about how to reach the right target audience;
• You have experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
