Key Responsibilites:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends and insights;
• Create dashboards and reports that provide insight into operational and strategic KPIs;
• Advise the management team based on data-driven insights;
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively contribute to process improvements;
• Collaborate with various departments to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Economics, (Technical) Business Administration, or a technical background with proven experience in data analysis;
• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar analytics tools;
• Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail;
• Proficient in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Proactive, curious, and result-driven.
