About us
QLS started over 20 years ago as a family-run business with a passion for logistics. Today, QLS is one of the largest players in the e-commerce logistics sector in the Benelux, handling tens of millions of parcels every year. We help e-commerce companies by fully taking over their logistics operations.

Every day, dozens of our drivers pick up packages across the Netherlands and Belgium. For our fulfillment clients, we pack orders automatically using one of the largest AutoStore systems in the country, multiple packing machines, and hundreds of meters of conveyor belts. Our self-developed platform, my.QLS, ties everything together—offering real-time insights for both clients and staff to ensure efficiency.

What will you do?
As a Parcel Service Employee, you’ll be the go-to person for our drivers who travel all over the country. They’ll come to you with questions or issues—and you’ll help them out. You’ll also handle various administrative tasks, such as:

• Processing payroll data for drivers;
• Managing tickets (incoming customer inquiries that need resolving);
• Ensuring smooth operations for both drivers and customers.

Who are you?

• Friendly and customer-oriented, with good communication skills (with drivers and customers);
• Administratively strong and detail-oriented;
• Affinity with transport/logistics is a plus, but not required;
• Willing to work evening shifts (Monday to Friday, 16:00–23:00).
