Your role
As a Troubleshooter, you’re our go-to problem solver and emergency responder. Whether it’s a technical issue, operational disruption, or customer-related challenge—you assess, solve, and prevent. You’ll think on your feet, act fast, and ensure everything keeps running smoothly.
Your responsibilities
- Quickly and effectively solve technical and operational issues;
- Analyze disruptions and identify root causes;
- Implement both temporary and long-term solutions;
- Support various departments in troubleshooting challenges;
- Document incidents and resolutions for future reference;
- Minimize downtime across the business;
- Proactively prevent problems through preventive action;
- Advise management on possible improvements.
What we’re looking for
- MBO-level technical education or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience in problem-solving roles;
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and switch quickly between tasks;
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented attitude;
- Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
- Willingness to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
