Our parcel service covers the Netherlands and Belgium with a dedicated team of couriers who collect parcels from webshops every day. Using advanced technology, QLS is at the forefront of automated e-fulfilment. We operate one of the largest AutoStore systems in the country, a robot-driven storage and retrieval system that maximizes storage capacity and speeds up order processing. This is complemented by several packing machines and hundreds of meters of conveyor belts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Our in-house developed platform, my.QLS, integrates all these systems and provides real-time insights into orders, enabling more efficient and transparent workflows for both customers and employees.

Your responsibilities:
As an HR Officer, you play an active role within the HR team. You’ll manage day-to-day HR processes and contribute to strategic improvements. Your responsibilities include:
• Maintaining and improving HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions;
• Coordinating the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding;
• Managing digital personnel files and ensuring accurate and up-to-date administration;
• Acting as a point of contact for colleagues on HR-related matters;
• Contributing to a positive work culture and strengthening the QLS DNA.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working;
• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken;
• Some HR experience is a plus, but your drive and willingness to learn are most important.
