Our parcel service covers the Netherlands and Belgium, supported by a dedicated team of couriers who collect packages daily from webshops. QLS is at the forefront of automated e-fulfillment through the use of advanced technology. We operate one of the largest AutoStore systems in the country — a robot-controlled storage and retrieval system that maximizes storage capacity and speeds up order processing. This is further enhanced by multiple packaging machines and hundreds of meters of conveyor belts, ensuring seamless and efficient automation. Our in-house developed platform, my.QLS, integrates all these features and provides customers and employees with real-time order insights for a more efficient and transparent workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly/quarterly forecasts and financial reporting (P&L, CF, BS);
• Analyze key financial data to assess company performance;
• Identify and communicate trends in costs, revenues, and margins;
• Contribute to ad hoc projects involving data analysis;
• Process invoices, verify payments, and manage account reconciliations;
• Manage the AR process by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, preparing aging reports, and supporting the finance team in optimizing the cash conversion cycle (CCC);
• Digitize financial processes and build KPI dashboards to improve operational efficiency;
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance internal financial processes and drive real improvements in how we work.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Proactive and eager to learn;
• Previous finance experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly count!
