Business Developer

What will you do?
As a Business Developer at QLS, you are responsible for identifying, approaching, and convincing potential customers. You follow up on leads, develop smart strategies, and take concrete steps to grow our client base. You collaborate directly with management, sales, and account management and turn market insights into commercial opportunities.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in the e-commerce space
  • Research markets and trends to spot growth opportunities
  • Conduct persuasive introductory and advisory meetings
  • Build a valuable network and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Contribute ideas for propositions, campaigns, and improving our client approach
  • Support sales and marketing strategies on both operational and tactical levels
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree level of thinking – preferably in a commercial field
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Commercial flair and strong persuasive skills – you know how to seize opportunities
  • Excellent command of Dutch and good command of English
  • Independent, energetic, results-oriented, and strong communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
