Customer Service Representative

We specialize in taking over the full logistics process for e-commerce companies, allowing them to focus on scaling their business. Our services include parcel delivery, fulfillment, and our advanced software platform, my.QLS.

Our parcel service covers the Netherlands and Belgium, with a dedicated team of couriers collecting packages daily from online stores. By using advanced technology, QLS leads the way in automated e-fulfillment. We operate one of the largest AutoStore systems in the country—a robot-driven storage and retrieval system that maximizes capacity and speeds up order processing. This is supported by multiple packing machines and hundreds of meters of conveyor belts, ensuring seamless and efficient automation.

Our self-developed platform, my.QLS, integrates all of this and gives clients and employees real-time insights into order data for a more efficient and transparent workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Actively thinking along with customers and offering suitable solutions
  • Identifying recurring questions or issues and discussing them with your team
  • Working closely with colleagues from other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communicator
  • Solution-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Structured and capable of multitasking effectively
  • Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required — enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are just as important
