Our parcel service covers the Netherlands and Belgium, with a dedicated team of drivers collecting parcels from webshops daily. Due to leveraging state-of-the-art technology, QLS is at the forefront of automated e-fulfillment. We utilize one of the largest AutoStore systems in the country, which is a robot-driven storage and retrieval system that maximizes storage capacity and enhances order processing speed. This advanced technology is complemented by multiple packaging machines and hundreds of meters of conveyor belts, ensuring seamless and efficient automated handling. Our self-developed platform, my.QLS, integrates these capabilities, offering customers and employees real-time order insights for a more efficient and transparent operation.

Key responsibilities:
• Enhancing and developing HR policies, processes, and employment conditions that align with and support QLS’s ambitious growth objectives
• Assisting with recruitment activities, with a strong focus on attracting and retaining top talent to strengthen our team
• Maintaining complete and up-to-date (digital) personnel files, ensuring compliance and taking action in the event of missing data
• Promoting QLS’s vibrant corporate culture, emphasizing our passion for e-commerce and fostering a positive workplace environment

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Dutch, spoken and written
• A winning mentality and ambition, consistently striving to bring out the best in yourself and others
• Adaptable and comfortable with change, thriving in a dynamic setting that requires flexibility
• Previous experience in HR is a plus, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly matter!
