Experience in customer contact or a similar support role is a plus, but your motivation and commitment are even more important.
What will you do?
As an Operational Account Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that clients know they can rely on you. You will:
- Answer customer questions via email and phone;
- Support clients with operational processes and use of my.QLS;
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute ideas for improvement;
- Collaborate closely with planning, account management, and IT teams;
- Help deliver an excellent customer experience, every single day.
