Troubleshooter

Your role
As a Troubleshooter, you’re our go-to problem solver and emergency responder. Whether it’s a technical issue, operational disruption, or customer-related challenge—you assess, solve, and prevent. You’ll think on your feet, act fast, and ensure everything keeps running smoothly.

Your responsibilities

• Quickly and effectively solve technical and operational issues;
• Analyze disruptions and identify root causes;
• Implement both temporary and long-term solutions;
• Support various departments in troubleshooting challenges;
• Document incidents and resolutions for future reference;
• Minimize downtime across the business;
• Proactively prevent problems through preventive action;
• Advise management on possible improvements.

What we’re looking for

• MBO-level technical education or equivalent experience;
• Proven experience in problem-solving roles;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and switch quickly between tasks;
• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented attitude;
• Proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
• Willingness to work in different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
