What will you do?
As a Warehouse Controller, you are responsible for the effective and efficient management of our warehouse processes. You’ll work closely with the logistics team to ensure that daily operational goals are met. You are a key player in our logistics operations and play an important role in maintaining QLS’s high quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and monitoring daily warehouse processes, from incoming goods to outbound shipments and everything in between;
• Coordinating logistics planning to ensure deadlines are met and customer satisfaction is guaranteed;
• Using advanced logistics software and systems to track inventory levels, order statuses, and delivery data—making adjustments when needed!

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum MBO-level education, preferably in logistics;
• Some experience in a similar role is a plus;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts.
